Double room for one person close to train station

Spacious double room for rent. 7min walk to train/bus station and ASDA, 3min walk to LIDL and 7 min walk to ALDI, 15min walk to the beach. Room - £660 a month (broadband, council tax and water bills included in the rent). Electricity and gas bills will be split in equal parts to pay on top of the monthly payment. Also we will decide on the cleaner necessity wheather we will clean house ourselves or get cleaner once a week. Current household - myself and my 13 years old staffie dog in one room and female student in other room. Preferably looking for non smokers professional people but will consider students and smokers but only smoking outside. No drug users of any kind. I am very quiet person who works a lot and likes to rest when at home, so would like to find like minded people to share with. I am very respectful to other people and their personal space so expect the same from others. I like to live in a clean, cosy and relaxing house, so would like to keep that way.
