Double room for one person close to train station

Double room for rent. 7min walk to train/bus station and ASDA, 3min walk to LIDL and 7 min walk to ALDI, 15-20 min walk to the beach. Room - double £560 or large double £660 a month (broadband, council tax and water bills included in the rent). Electricity and gas bills will be split in equal parts to pay on top of the monthly payment. Also we will decide on the cleaner necessity wheather we will clean house ourselves or get cleaner once a week. Current household - myself and 24 years old female student, so looking preferably for another female student to occupy either large or smaller bedroom. Preferably looking for non smokers but will consider smokers - only smoking outside. No drug users of any kind. We are very quiet household, so would like to find like minded people to share with. We are very respectful to other people and their personal space so expect the same from others. We like to live in a clean, cosy and relaxing house, so would like to keep that way.
