Large Room & Bathroom in 4 Bed, Live in couple

Hi,
I have a spare room and private shower room/bathroom near Southbourne. I can only guarantee 3 months at a time as it is on the market.
Price inclusive of all bills, and also option for separate office and own lounge. I work in the office 4 days a week.
The garden is huge (largest on this road) and south west facing, very private with a nice patio.
I have no pets but will consider yours.
I live with my partner and we share the master bedroom and ensuite as two working professionals.

I will also consider couples but the price would change. Equally, if you're someone I get on well with the price is negotiable.
