Double bedroom with on-suite shower, toilet and basin. Single occupancy ONLY, Tv Aerial socket in room.
Spacious friendly house with shared kitchen, washing machines, dishwasher, microwave, fridges and freezer etc. Shared lounge and garden. Wi-Fi, tenants are expected to share with keeping communal areas tidy.
Consideration is also expected with noise (music etc.)
Limited off- street parking and unrestricted on- street parking.
Smoking is ONLY permitted in the garden areas.
The house is close both Talbot woods and Slades farm recreation area (including a public Velodrome) there are good local shops, supermarkets, takeaways etc. with bus links to Poole and Bournemouth. The main Bournemouth university campus is a 10/15 walk from the house.
It isn’t a student ‘party house’ but our tenants are friendly and welcoming with a variety of interests, but will respect your privacy.
