We have 3 double bedrooms in total – 2 are now available, and they share a modern, clean bathroom. The living room is large and perfect for relaxing, with a projector for movie nights and access to a private terrace – ideal for a morning coffee or some evening sun.

There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, lots of storage space, 2 private garage parking spots, secure bike storage, and fast Wi-Fi.

The flat is managed through an agency, which means the contract is secure and maintenance is responsive.

- Room 2 (slightly larger): £800/month (bills included)
- Bills cover council tax, electricity, water, internet, etc.
- Deposit: 5 weeks' rent

About me

I'm Fran, 29, originally from Spain and working full-time as an aerospace engineer. I’ve lived in this flat for almost two years and love it – that’s why I’m staying and looking for two new flatmates now that my current ones (Andrea and Elena, both Spanish) are moving back to Spain.

I'm clean, respectful and sociable. I enjoy running, going to the gym, watching films (big fan of the projector!), and keeping a peaceful but friendly vibe at home. The three of us used to go running together, and even did our first half marathon as a trio!

I’m looking for professional, like-minded flatmates (aged roughly 22–35) who enjoy a relaxed, tidy home and the occasional chat, dinner or movie night. This isn’t a party flat – just a nice, social, respectful place to live.
