The studio is part of our house, but has its own entrance and has a large kitchen and living space. There is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The sleeping area is open plan to the living area as per the photos. There is also a reasonably large built-in storage unit with shelves and a clothes rail inside.
Ample on street parking and a small front garden outside the window of the room, which you will be able to use.
We will provide a washer dryer and also a fridge freezer and intend to add a small dining table, but this can be flexible depending on your requirements. As this used to be our kitchen/living area, you can see in the last photo that the hob is still in place. This is easily covered with the screen, although we have left it installed in case whoever moves in wants to be able to cook properly rather than just using a microwave/multicooker.
As you will be sharing a house with our young family and us, references are required, and we also have a strong preference for a female lodger. You are unlikely to see much of us, with the studio being self-contained, but we obviously need to be able to trust whoever moves in. In order to meet the affordability criteria of the external referencing company we use please only get in touch if you have an income of £28.5k per year or more.
