The house is set in a communal garden plus we have a private courtyard. The beach at Boscombe Pier and Boscombe high street are 5 minutes walk. Southbourne is walkable, as is Bournemouth pier & Pokesdown coach/rail station. We are just over a mile from Bournemouth station.
I WFH part time and my partner currently works away for weeks at a time so it’s quiet and peaceful. Note we have an elderly cat who spends her life on the sofa so doesn’t intrude!
