The house is set in a communal garden plus we have a private courtyard garden. The beach at Boscombe Pier and Boscombe high street are both 5 minutes walk, Southbourne is walkable, as is Bournemouth pier & Pokesdown rail station. We are just over a mile from Bournemouth rail and bus stations.
I WFH part time and my partner Sam currently works away during the week so it’s quiet and peaceful, although we’re both very easy going and sociable so always happy to chat! Sam's fluent in French and is a great cook!
