Hello
I'm looking for a female housemate, preferably a non smoker. Someone respectful, tidy and easy going. Must like dogs as I often board dogs. I'm so sorry but I won't consider anyone working from home.
The room can be furnished/partly furnished or unfurnished. Currently there's a double bed in there, a single wardrobe, a bedside table, a set of drawers and another big cupboard.
There's one shared bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs. There's a garden at the back of the house, with a shed that can also be used for storage. I've got two parking spaces so you are welcome to use one of them. Bills are included except for the TV licence as I don't need it.
The house is two minutes away from pokesdown train station.
I'm respectful, tidy and like to cultivate a calm environment at home. I love animals, anything art related, healthy lifestyle, travel, and nature.
