About me:

I’m a live-in landlord with two indoor cats who values a clean, calm home environment. In my spare time I like socialising with friends, working out 🏋️‍♀️ and going for rides 🏍️, but equally love a chilled night in and pottering about in the garden when the weather allows.

Looking for:

A friendly, communicative, non-smoking professional or final-year student who is happy doing their own thing but also enjoys a cuppa & natter from time to time.

Not looking for couples, but I am comfortable with a long-term partner staying over the same number of nights that you stay over at theirs, in any one week.

The room is ideal for someone seeking a long-term, stable, and relaxing home environment sharing with just one other (not a HMO) to return to after work or university. Also, someone who is comfortable around cats, as occasional help when I’m away would be appreciated.
