Hi! I am renting a large double bedroom for single or double occupancy in a modern spacious floor flat located just 5 mins walk down to the seafront and 5 mins walk to the Square. It is a 3-bed flat but I like to keep a guest/storage room with access to balcony with view to the sea.

There's an enormous open plan lounge/kitchen split in between dinning area and tv/sofa lounge and access to another balcony.
New white goods: washing/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Underground secure parking space available for £50pw but there is also free parking is on the street.

There is plenty of storage, space and furniture, but if you prefer to bring your own stuff, we can clear the existing furnishings away (IF SOMEONE HAS THIER OWN STUFF, YOU COULD SELL TIAGO'S BED ON GUMTREE OR PACK IT INTO THE SPARE ROOM)

You will live with me, Jerome 39, a really laid back, friendly guy who works in hospitality management - so irregular shifts. My previous flatmate has just moved back to Portugal, so the room is ready now for you. I'm looking for someone friendly, quiet and respectful. Smokers are fine but smoking on the balconies only please. Sorry, no pets or musical instruments allowed in the building, and the occasional overnight guest won't be a problem.

Includes ALL bills for 1 person. £200 more towards bills for a couple. (MIGHT SEEM A LOT BUT APART FROM THE BILLS, THE EXTRA BODY IN THE BUILDING HAS A BIG IMPACT)
