Large Furnished Ensuite Double Room

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and professional single lodger to share my home.
The room available is my large main bedroom, which comes fully furnished with a double bed. It has plenty of built-in storage, including a double wardrobe and drawers, as well as its own private ensuite with a shower, toilet and sink + storage.
It's a lovely, spacious room and has everything you need to make yourself at home.
🏠 The house
It's a spacious 4-bedroom house with a large garden, generous kitchen/dining area and comfortable lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has two air fryers (because apparently one wasn't enough 😂), and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer. The tumble dryer is only used during the winter.
There's also a private parking space included, Wi-Fi is available and the house is smoke-free.
🐶 Meet your other housemate
I have a lovely Jack Russell who is very much part of the household. She's a great little housemate and will probably assume you're there primarily to give her attention.
So, importantly, you need to like dogs! 🐶
I'm also vegan and would ideally prefer to share with another vegan/veggie.
🌿 What I'm looking for ..
I'm a working professional and this is a quiet, relaxed home rather than a party house. I'm sociable and enjoy a good chat but respect private space and quiet time.
Ideally, you'd be another working professional, and someone who is active and enjoys getting out and about would be a great fit.
Working from home may be possible depending on your occupation and how this would work within the house.
I'm open to both short-term and long-term lets, depending on what you're looking for.

Convenient for anyone working at JP Morgan, the hospital or around Littledown

💰 Rent & deposit
£800 per month
Bills are separate and shared between us, approximately £150 per month, including Wi-Fi.
One month's deposit is required upfront and will be held through the appropriate deposit protection scheme.
I'm looking for one person only – no couples.
