This rental is particularly well suited to a professional who works in Bournemouth Monday–Friday, including those relocating to the area, starting a new job, or needing a comfortable weekday base without committing to a full-time rental.

J. P. Morgan and NHS employees particularly welcome – the Bournemouth campus at Chaseside and Royal Bournemouth Hospital is easily accessible from the property.

This is a private, self-contained studio attached to our family home, rather than a room within a shared home, so you'll have your own space and privacy throughout your stay.

Please note: We are a family with two young children, so while the studio is private and we are respectful of our guests' peace and privacy, you may occasionally hear the normal sounds of family life, particularly during mornings and early evenings.

We expect guests to be quiet and considerate of our neighbours.

ID check, deposit, and 1 months rent upfront will secure the room immediately.
