Large double room in house with one other woman

Hi I'm Molly, I'm renting out a bedroom in my house that I live in. Its a lovely big double room with bay windows, Big enough for a bed, desk and little sofa. The furniture in the picture belongs to my current housemate, ill be getting new furniture when she moves out.

I have a bathroom upstairs and the one downstairs is for the person that rents, it's not attached to the bedroom but its a private bathroom with a shower.

There's 2 parking spaces, one on the road and one on the drive, so with a bit jiggling, space for us both to park there.

There's a communal dining/living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, boiling water tap etc, I did it up last year so all new stuff.

We have a conservatory to store bikes and other muddy/outdoor stuff in.

Nice big garden where im growing vegetables, you'd be welcome to get involved in growing stuff out there.

Location wise, its about 8 mins walk from pokesdown station, 12 mins from the beach and 3 mins from King's Park, so pretty good location all round!

I like to have a nice balance of sociable time and time to myself so hopefully looking for someone that wants that too!
