The house is around a 20-minute walk from Bournemouth Hospital, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the train station and 7–8 minutes from the nearest bus stop, so it’s easy to get around without a car. It’s also 20 minute walk to HSU (or 5 mins by bike!).

The bathroom is shared with my adult daughter, however she works long hours and is rarely at home. There’s plenty of parking on a large drive way and lots of space throughout the house.

I live here with my adult daughter. It’s a relaxed, friendly and sociable home, and we both have busy, independent lives. Our interests include music, travel and various sports. I work from home during the day, although am in and out!

We’re looking for someone friendly and easy-going who’s looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to live.

Another household member who works offshore stays at the property occasionally.

Pet-free home. Smoking fine but outside only. Female lodger preferred.
