Large double room with a large desk available in a spacious detached five-bedroom house on a very quiet residential road in Bournemouth.

The house is around a 20-minute walk from Bournemouth Hospital, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the train station and 7–8 minutes from the nearest bus stop, making it really convenient for getting around.

The bathroom is shared with just one other person, who is rarely at home. There is plenty of parking available and lots of space throughout the house.

It’s a relaxed, pet free, quiet home shared with the homeowner and her adult daughter, so ideally looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful who would enjoy a peaceful place to live. Another family member who works offshore stays at the property occasionally.
