Spacious Double Room with Private Bathroom

I have a spacious double bedroom available to rent to a single person in our friendly, quiet household.

There are currently two of us living here: myself and Yan. However, I’m planning to leave my brilliant corporate career behind and head off on a new adventure, travelling full-time and potentially working abroad from mid-December. Exciting changes are coming!

A little bit about us:

I’ve spent the last seven years working in finance, but I’ve decided it’s time to try something different, explore the world, and see where this next chapter takes me. 🌍✈️

Yan works as a mariner and travels a lot for work, so he’s rarely at home either.

A few things to know about the room and bathroom:

* The room is currently used as my living room, but I’ll be rearranging things to make it a proper bedroom. I’ll be moving the sofa into my smaller office room and creating a cosy sitting area there instead.
* The bedroom will have a different bed frame and a brand-new mattress.
* The bathroom will be shared between you and me until I leave in mid-December.
* After I leave, the bathroom will be entirely yours.
* Yan has his own separate bathroom.
* As we both travel a lot, you’ll have the place mostly to yourself!

A working professional who is clean, tidy, quiet and respectful, and who would fit naturally into our friendly, peaceful household.
