Spacious Furnished Maisonette – East Cliff

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my spacious, fully furnished maisonette after my current joint tenant moves out.

The flat is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the Toft Zigzag and East Overcliff Drive, with Boscombe Gardens also nearby. There’s a local pub right next door and a bus stop immediately nearby, with quick and easy connections into both Bournemouth town centre and Boscombe.

The maisonette is spacious and feels much more like a house than a typical flat. It has:

* Large shared living room
* Large kitchen with breakfast bar
* Bathroom with bath and separate shower
* Large, private and secluded communal garden
* One allocated parking space
* Plenty of storage throughout the property, including downstairs cupboards and an attic
* Fully furnished throughout

The bedroom available is on the first-floor landing. It is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and additional storage. There is plenty of additional storage available elsewhere in the flat if needed.

The main bathroom that you would use is downstairs and has a toilet, bath with shower.

My bedroom is on the top floor and has its own en-suite, so we would each have a good degree of privacy and our own space.


👋 About me & who I’m looking for

I’m looking for a mature, friendly and considerate flatmate who is tidy, organised and respectful of shared spaces.

I’d ideally like someone who has their own social life and interests outside the flat and is generally out and about rather than someone who spends most of their time at home. Ideally, you wouldn’t work from home full-time, although I’m certainly not expecting you to be out of the flat constantly!

At the same time, I’m not looking for someone who simply wants somewhere to sleep. It would be nice to have a flatmate who is happy to have a chat, occasionally have a drink or watch something together and potentially socialise from time to time.

I’m looking for something fairly relaxed and natural — friendly housemates rather than people who feel they have to become best friends or spend all their free time together. I think it’s important that we can both have our own lives while also enjoying living together.

I’m tidy and appreciate a clean and organised home, so I’d like someone who feels similarly and is happy to do their fair share around the flat.

🚗 Parking

There is one allocated parking space, which I currently use. However, I’m open to discussing sharing it if you have a car and need somewhere to park.

📍 Location

The location is one of the best things about the property — you’re close to the beach and East Cliff, within easy walking distance of Boscombe, and have excellent bus links into Bournemouth.

The Toft Zigzag, East Overcliff Drive and Boscombe Gardens are all right on the doorstep, while having a pub and bus stop immediately next door makes day-to-day life very convenient.
