I am a professional working person who works away from home, the feel of this is more like a flat share, and there is another spare bedroom that would be available for people to visit and stay over.
It is 2 minutes walk from Southbourne High Street that has local supermarkets and plenty of cafes and good places to eat.
I'm away till 16th September so will upload photos then, will be home for a short period for viewings for a week if interested
