Double Bedroom overlooking garden

A comfortable, furnished double room is becoming available in my friendly, well-kept home in the BH8 area of Bournemouth from late September.

The room overlooks the garden and has excellent built-in Sharps wardrobes so there is plenty of cupboard space without the room feeling cluttered.

It is also furnished with a luxury Vi-Spring bed and mattress, giving the room a much more comfortable, high-quality feel than a standard furnished rental.

The room would suit a working professional, mature student or postgraduate looking for somewhere peaceful, welcoming and homely rather than a busy shared house.

The household is relaxed and friendly. I’m originally from South Africa and work as a reflexologist, and my other housemate is Scottish and works at Arts University Bournemouth. We are both involved in our local church communities, so the home has a gentle Christian ethos, while being very respectful of other people’s space and independence.

There are also two lovely cats who are indoor/outdoor cats, so the room would best suit someone who enjoys having animals around.

The bathroom is shared mainly with me and is kept beautifully clean. I occasionally host a language student, so there may very occasionally be another person using the bathroom.

£700 per month

A cleaner comes once a week, helping to keep the communal areas of the house clean, comfortable and well cared for.

The house has a warm, settled atmosphere and would particularly suit someone who wants to come home to somewhere calm and pleasant, while still having their own privacy and independence.

I’m hoping to find someone considerate, clean and respectful who would like to make this their home for however long or short that may be , rather than simply rent a room.
