The room has a double bed, drawers, large wardrobe and a small sofa.

There are two bathrooms for lodgers to share, one of which is next door to the room.

There is on ample street parking available and the bus stops to Winton and the Bournemouth University Talbot campus and Boscombe are just outside the house. Bus stops to the town centre, train station, Lansdown campus, JP Morgan, Castlepoint and the hospital are just round the corner from the house. They are all in easy walking distance.
