The room has wooden floorboards, a comfy king sized bed, a computer desk and ergonomic chair, chest of drawers and hanging rail and a new Ikea sofa and coffee table. The bathroom (shared by only one other person) is clean and modern.
Ours is a friendly, clean and tidy household - we're busy with our work and studies, sociable yet appreciate others' space. Two cats live with us - they're very affectionate.
We have a big renovated kitchen well supplied with pots, pans and crockery etc., microwave, Magimix, fridge/freezer, juicer, plenty of cupboard space. Separate fridge and microwave upstairs.
Washing machine, super fast Broadband.
Housemates are welcome to contribute to cleaning communal areas.
All bills included.
Kettle and toaster provided in bedroom.
Unrestricted parking

Garage with table tennis table and possible storage space.
If you're a smoker, it's okay if you smoke in the garden. We're ideally looking for a friendly vegetarian cat-lover. Preferably no shift- or home-workers.
The two storey apartment is well located for transport links and it's only a 15 minute walk to the train station and Bournemouth University. Queens Park Golf Course (Public Park) is two minutes down the road.
Five minutes by bus to beach and town. Castlepoint shopping centre and gym within walking distance.
The cosmopolitan area of Charminster with restaurants and night life is also very close.
