Lovely spacious room near Bournemouth station

Hi, We have a large room available for single occupancy in a spacious house share, just a short walk from Bournemouth train station. It’s available from around the 15th of November.

For food shopping, Asda, Lidl, and Aldi are all close by. There are excellent bus and train links, and it’s an easy walk to Bournemouth town centre and the beach. The house is spacious with plenty of room, it has a large rear garden, and secure bicycle storage if needed.

The current housemates are a friendly, diverse group, aged approximately 25 to 35 years old. Their interests include music, playing guitar, playing board games, nature, plants, etc. They’ve set up a cleaning rota, so you’d need to be happy to contribute. One of them has a friendly cat.

The ideal new housemate would be someone who's friendly, considerate to others, and easy going. A non driver will be preferred because parking can be difficult.

The house is licensed by the council for a maximum of five occupants only, so the room is not available to couples or people with children. Sorry, but no additional pets, and no indoor smokers can be accepted.

About me: I am a conscientious, trustworthy private landlord. The house and I have been thoroughly vetted by the council as part of the licensing process. There are no hidden fees or charges, and ALL bills are included in the rent. Your deposit will be placed in a deposit protection scheme.

At least one good reference from a previous landlord will be required.
