Large room in character cottage (with dog)

Available only for March and April.
Would you like a large room, with wash basin, in a characterful cottage? We will share the rest of the house; kitchen, bathroom, dining room and sitting room. You will have your own kitchen cupboards and fridge/freezer space. There is off-road parking, a garden at the front and patio at the back.
You will be sharing the house with me and my young dog. I am a professional with regular working hours. The dog is taken care of but will be at home when I am out. She has free rein of the house so you need to be comfortable around dogs, though it is entirely up to you whether or not you let her into your room! We live a fairly quiet life.
I am looking for someone who will treat me and the property with respect whilst also feeling at home with us. I want you to feel comfortable and I find that most things can be accommodated/resolved with discussion.

You will be asked to contribute in a small way to the regular chores.
There is no smoking inside the house.
