Rent includes council tax, wi-fi, and water. (Electricity pro rata).

Would suit single independent person ideally aged 35+, preferably non-smoker with an appreciation for nature.
You will need your own transport.

Regret we cannot except cats as we have a wildlife garden. If your dog is quiet then we will consider it.

We have lived here since 2000, in which time we've taken ownership of the neighbouring building, and in so doing this has allowed us to let some of it out. The couple living on the other side are a delight and fairly quiet.

Chris and I are long term best mates and decidedly quirky, share a close bond, and we'd be happy to welcome another person to share some of our home and possibly occasional meals, walks and movie nights.

We would like someone to join us who shows an awareness of the age-dynamic (Chris is 77, I am 47) and who can be sensitive to Chris' occasional health concerns.

We've found the experience of letting immensely positive by and large, with two staying for 8-9 months and a few more staying for 3.

Sadly the property really won't support a younger person (under about 27) unless they're very communicative, resourceful and responsible.

We're aiming to gradually build and sustain a small community of like minded friends with some shared interests and easy rapport.
