Double bedroom in 2 bed flat

Hi, this is a new big first floor flat in a 2 level building with our own foyer. It’s in a quiet area with close shop amenities. I am a quiet, clean and social person looking for someone to share with a similar vibe. Full disclosure this is a bit of a black spot for internet so relying on cellular which can be a little dodgy but not too much of an issue. The flat is all furnished but the bedroom the previous flatmate will be taking her stuff so you will have to provide own bed. There is inbuilt wardrobes.
