The other doesn’t have an en-suite but all other occupied rooms have en-suites so will have almost sole use of main bathroom.

Lots of on road parking available infront of house or on the side of house.

Both rooms come fully furnished. Kingsized beds.
Kitchen is also fully furnished and we are happy for you to use all our appliances as long as you take care of them and replace any damages.

It is just my husband and I, & our dog beau that lives here. We have worked incredibly hard over the last few years to build and renovate our home. We are very tidy people looking for 2 very tidy lodgers that’s will respect our home!
We do have some basic expectations such as please leave rooms as you found them (as in please don’t leave dirty plates etc on the kitchen side) and shoes off in the house.
I promise we’re otherwise pretty chill people, just picky about making sure we find lodgers that respect our home like we do! And MUST like dogs.

The en-suite currently has a lodger in situ, who is moving out mid November as she has bought her own place.

The other room is available mid October

Ideally looking for lodgers similar age to us- 28 & 30.
Sorry not open to lodgers older than 35!
Just our personal preference.
