We have a lovely light airy double room available to let in our house in Broadstone. The property is walking distance to the village which offers many amenities including shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and a sports centre. and lots more
There is also a bus route that services surrounding areas which can be caught from the village or some routes access a few minutes walk down the road.
Broadstone is a central point to Poole, Bournemouth, Wimborne and very simple access to the New Forest and the Purbeck Hills.
The beaches are in easy travel distance by cycle or car. Bus and train networks available from Poole servicing south west train line
The room in our property is a good size double room furnished with drawers, cabinets and a wardrobe however we are flexible to meet the needs of our tenant.
It is decorated in a white neutral colour.
Access to own bathroom with shower and bath which sits adjacent to the room for tenants own personal use.
We have a large fully equipped kitchen diner with access to a patio area and garden which is available for relaxing in.
Our comfortable lounge is also available and equipped with TV.
Full WiFi is also available in the property.
There is garage space available if needed for a bicycle or a little extra storage
Off road parking is available for tenant for a car.
We have 2 friendly dogs that share the property with myself and husband and love meeting new people
We do have some small house rules which regard to leaving shared areas clean and tidy and being mindful of dogs and security.
We are both a very chilled and hardworking couple looking for the right person to share our space. We enjoy socialising, sports and ,experiencing new ventures
The room is available from 1st November however can be flexible on possible earlier dates if necessary.
Ideally looking for person either for a Mon- Friday or full time.£600-£695 per month negotiable
