We have a lovely light airy double room with double bed and private adjacent bathroom available in a quiet cul-de-sac in Broadstone. The property is within walking distance of the village which offers many amenities including shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, a sports centre and much more.

There is also a bus route at the end of the road that services Poole, Bournemouth and Wimborne. Bus and train networks are available from Poole, servicing the south west train line. Easy access to the New Forest, Sandbanks and The Purbecks. Large Tesco is 5 minutes drive away.

The room in our property is a good size double with a double wardrobe, bed-side tables, chest of drawers, and a full length mirror. It is decorated in a white neutral colour and has its own private bathroom.

We are live-out landlords, ideally looking for a tidy tenant aged between 35-70.
