On main bus routes, Poole is 3 miles away and 8 miles to Bournemouth. The room measures 10x9, and is furnished. Bedding can be provided and washed weekly. The room layout can be changed and more furniture is available if required. There is wireless free internet and a tv point, all bills are included, (excluding home phone). Use of the kitchen with a washing machine, microwave and diswasher, there is a pleasant private garden. There is a bathroom with a shower and an additional cloakroom. Use of the garage for a bike or storage. We are an easy going, professional married couple in our early fifties who both work full time. We are very active and enjoy cycling and going to the gym. We have one cat who is not allowed upstairs in the house! We are looking for someone who is easy going, tidy and preferably not a party animal ! Mon-Friday rent at a reduced rate of £280 per month or short term let considered.
