We have a lovely sunny, south facing double room available for a single occupant to rent. The room is newly decorated, furnished, and is situated in a quiet location near a sports centre and within easy reach of popular walking and cycling areas. There is free WiFi, and flat screen TV, should you require it, included in this generously sized, ground floor room. A private toilet/cloakroom for use is opposite the room, whilst the main shower/bath is shared upstairs.
You would share the house with myself, a professional in the education sector, and my son, who is a professional, plus my partner at weekends. We are friendly and sociable people, who also like their own privacy. We also have 3 cats, who would not have access to your room. Shared use of the kitchen and laundry facilities are included, and an iron and board are provided in your room.
Reliable and current financial/character references are essential.
A successful applicant would be friendly, quiet and respectful.
