Double room

Double room for rent in a lovely clean pet free, smoke free house. I live in and Im looking for a person in full time employment or Student to rent my spare room. I get up early and I’m early to bed because of my job and this would suit someone one with a similar work pattern. The house is small and is more suited to someone with an active lifestyle and is not really suitable for home working. No pets. However I might consider someone who has to do night shifts.
The Room is furnished and has some storage. Very quiet area with on road parking. No large vans sadly. I have a small garden which is very sunny. I don’t want cycles or scooters inside the house.

Deposit, references and proof of employment required.
The house is situated in a great location for commuting to Dorchester or to Weymouth and is Close to Upwey train station which is a 5 minute walk which is great for rail links and equally good bus routes ( no2) to weymouth and Dorchester No10 bus stop is a 10 minute walk.
I'm looking for someone that is quiet, tidy and will respect my home.

I am an easy going person and I enjoy good conversations. Some of my hobby’s are cooking and photography.

From experience I have found the best tenants that I have lived with have written very detailed applications about themselves, job, reasons and how long they think they might want to stay. This will stand out from all of the two liners.
