Double room for rent in a lovely clean pet free, smoke free house. I live in and a looking for a person in full employment or Student to rent my spare room. I am an easy going person and I enjoy good conversations. Some of my hobby’s are cooking and photography. During the week I’m in the house with early starts for work and most weekends I am away.
The Room is furnished and has some storage. Very quiet area with on road parking. No large vans sadly. I have a small garden which is very sunny.

The house is situated in a great location for commuting to Dorchester or Weymouth and Close to Upwey train station which is a 5 minute walk so great rail links and equally good bus routes ( no2) to weymouth and dorchester. No10 bus stop is a 10 minute walk.
I'm looking for someone that is quiet, tidy and will respect my home.
