I have a lovely room available in my EOT cottage situated in a quiet cul-du-sac in central christchurch 5 mins from the railway station with a bus stop at the end of the road.

Double room sharing the house with 2 other professional females tenants..

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The room available is upstairs and shares a full bathroom( bath, shower over bath, sink, toilet) with 1 other female tenant

The room is a double room with
a built in fitted wardrobe, open plan shelving and a large chest of drawers ,a large round mirror and a tv Ariel point.

There is a fully fitted and equipt shared kitchen which forms part of a large open plan kitchen diner ,opening onto a patio area and the garden which is south facing..

There is a secure shed in the garden for a bike but no parking.. A parking permit can be purchased from BCP 12months for £70

I am looking for a professional female who I will live quietly ,respectful and harmoniously with the other house mates.

You must be in full time employment and not a shift or homeworker.
