I have a lovely quiet small double sized bedroom available in my EOT cottage situated in a quiet cul-du-sac in central Christchurch 5 mins from the railway station with a bus stop at the end of the road.

You would be sharing the house with 2 other professional females tenants.35yrs old+

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The room available is upstairs and shares a full bathroom (bath, shower over bath, sink, toilet) with 1 other female tenant 35+

The room is a small double bedroom with 4ft of built in wardrobe space , large tall chest of drawers ,open plan shelving and a large mirror .

There is a fully fitted and well equipt shared kitchen which forms part of a large open plan kitchen diner with bar stools this opens via bifold doors onto a patio area and the garden which is south facing..

There is a secure shed in the garden for a bike but no onsite parking.. An on road parking permit can be purchased from BCP 12months for £70+

I am looking for a professional female who I will live quietly ,respectfully and harmoniously with the other house mates.

You must be in full time employment ,or a full time mature student and not a shift or homeworker. Monday to Friday lodger considered
