Our current tenant is due to leave shortly, but the exact date is subject to confirmation as he is in the final throes of buying a house locally, but will most likely be in January. We are therefore starting our search now, but on the understanding we cannot yet give a firm date for a new person to move in. On this basis we are again seeking a single occupier (sorry no pets) looking for a warm, comfortable and secure environment to stay in a totally separate part of our family house with easy parking, situated on the outskirts of Christchurch, and ideally positioned for the airport.
Our occupier will be someone studying or working away from home, perhaps on a contract basis, but who has a permanent address elsewhere in the UK, so staying with us does not serve as a sole residence as the suite, whilst very nice, is not set up for full time occupancy due to limited cooking facilities and no access to a washing machine.
We have stipulated *Monday to Friday but are flexible on the exact days of the week utilised provided it is NOT full time.
The suite has been recently redecorated, is fully furnished and provides a tranquil and relaxing self contained environment, and the rent is to include all bills, Wi-Fi etc.
We are within walking distance of local shops, bus stops, a bar, takeaways and laundrette and the property backs directly on to the lovely walking area of St. Catherine’s Hill.
