Luxury self contained suite

We are seeking a full or part time single occupier (sorry no couples or pets) looking for a comfortable and secure environment to stay in a totally separate part of our family house with easy parking, situated on the outskirts of Christchurch, and ideally positioned for the airport.

Our occupier will be someone studying or working in the area, perhaps on a contract basis, but who has a permanent address elsewhere in the Uk, so staying with us does not serve as a sole residence.

That said we are flexible on just how many days a week are needed and open to agree a minimum monthly rent to include all bills, Wi-Fi etc.

The suite has been recently redecorated, is fully furnished and provides a tranquil and relaxing self contained environment.

We are within walking distance of local shops, bus stops, a bar, takeaways and laundrette and the property backs directly on to the lovely walking area of St. Catherine’s Hill.
