There you will find a comfortable double bed with a firm memory foam mattress, bed side tables, touch sensitive bedside lights, storage for clothing and a dressing table with mirror and hairdryer. Smart TV.

The conservatory on the ground floor, includes a single click clack sofabed. Lockable patio doors and windows provide a view and direct access to the secure and private cottage style garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and all cooking and dining equipment. There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

The bathroom has a newly fitted large shower with rain and hand shower combination, toilet, sink and ladder radiator.
