Self contained annexe to rent weekdays only

We have a self contained annexe within our family home. We are a busy household with youngish children and a dog. The annexe has it's own entrance round the side of the house, kitchen with cooker, microwave and seating area. Upstairs there is a bright double bedroom with access to some wardrobe space and drawers, a small second bedroom that could be used as a study or other relaxing space. There is then a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath. The tenant would have access to a small patio area outside the front door to the annexe and there is parking available on the road outside the house. The house is at the end of a very quiet cul de sac and there is plenty of space.
We are looking for a professional weekdays only.
