This floor is completely separate from our living space and offers you privacy throughout your stay.

To ensure the arrangement works smoothly:

Monday–Friday occupancy preferred.

Professionals only – must work full-time outside the home

No overnight guests

No smoking or vaping

Kitchenette use (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster + airfryer/countertop oven)

💷 Rent & Terms

Rent: Depends on number of nights per week
Full 7 nights is £1000
Full 5 nights is £800.
Rate is then reduced if less nights are required.

Deposit: 1 month’s rent

Bills: Included

Availability: March 2026
