The room is fully furnished and has single bed, bedside table, and a desk with wardrobe.

The house benefits from shared living room, bathroom with a toilet and separate WC and garden patio. The kitchen is moderately large, equipped with all amenities and offers plenty of storage space.

All bills are included in the rent. There is plenty of parking space just 30 meters away from the house.

The house is quiet and kept very clean. Therefore new tenant must adhere to cleanliness rules in the house.

You will be sharing the house with a 59 year old energetic lady, her partner and a cat.
