Sunny large room in Two bed ground floor flat.
Great opportunity, because I am away several time a year, for a month at a time. You will often have the place to yourself. Three mins walk from Highcliffe beach (see photos), with sun patio, garage for bikes or beach equipment, shared parking. You will have a large room with a double bed and fitted furniture.

There is a living room, shared shower room, kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

You will be mature, have a secure job, like a very quiet, peaceful environment, like a tidy, clean environment, be responsible and conscientious, non-smoking. You maybe enjoy your own company and evenings with a book and a glass if wine.

Nearby, the beautiful New Forest is 3 miles away, the Park Run goes from the CliffHangar every Saturday if you like a jog, you can walk on the sea front all the way to Mudeford and take the boat across to Hengisbury Head. Christchurch is 4 miles.

I’m am outdoor, adventurous person, I read and study French, a cyclist, an occasional jogger. I like good conversation and a laugh. I have two young adult children.
