Highcliffe Beach double room

Great opportunity, because I am away months on end touring and having fun. You will often have the place to yourself. Ground floor flat, 3 mins walk from Highcliffe beach (see photos), with sun patio, garage for bikes and beach equipment, 1 parking space. You will have a large furnished double room. There is a living room, shower room (shared with me, but I often shower at the Hoburne gym), kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

You will be mature, have a secure job, like a quiet, peaceful environment, be tidy and clean, responsible and conscientious, non-smoking. I’m not keen on loud music and prefer mobile phones on silent! You won’t be entertaining lots of people.
Nearby, the beautiful New Forest is 3 miles away, the Park Run goes from the CliffHangar every Saturday if you like a jog, you can walk on the sea front all the way to Mudeford and take the boat across to Hengisbury Head.
Christchurch is 4 miles.

Me’ I’m am outdoor, adventurous person, I read and study French, a cyclist, an occasional jogger. I will occasionally have one of my adult children staying. I also plan to do some updates to the flat, like decorating, and re-flooring, over the next 24 months.
