About two miles away is the boundary of the New Forest for walking, riding and cycling.

Downstairs is a good sized sitting/dining room with exposed rafters and beams. There is a comfortable sofa in this room together with digital television. A small hand-built kitchen leads off and there is a shower room off the kitchen. The double bedroom has rafters and an en suite with toilet and washbasin. A wide window seat overlooks the garden. There is a parking space for one car. There is no washing machine. Rental cost includes Broadband and council tax. Note Energy and water charged on usage.
