6 bed family home across three floors with a fully furnished double room available. There is a shared bathroom with bath & shower (used by the children for bath time only). The bedroom and the bathroom are next to each other on the middle floor. Living in the house there’s myself, 3 children aged 12, 8 and 5 years old and a cat. There’s a 60ft garden with outdoor seating and there is parking available. It is a great location, it’s walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. We have had lodgers before who were great, with one lodger staying for over 16 months. The house is not ‘hotel’ tidy as there is ‘kid’ stuff around and family life that goes with it.
