We are close to Bournemouth Uni and major bus routes. Across the road, there are two parks.
The property is minutes from Winton highstreets so there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, plus great transport links to Bournemouth.

We are a family of four, myself, my 2 teenagers and our dog (cavapoo).
Under very special conditions, we might consider accepting a dog. We have a very kind and calm cavapoo who only feels safe around calm. dogs. it would have to be a perfect match.

Monthly rent (All bills included - including council tax, water, electric, gas and Wifi).
We are looking for a friendly, respectful tenant.
