Our house is in a truly fantastic location - in Ashley Cross village - on a quiet, safe, leafy road. We are a few minutes walk from great restaurants and bars. 10 mins walk to Parkstone station and on lots of bus routes.

You will have a large bright room with double bed, desk, plenty of cupboard / wardrobe space and streaming TV with fire stick. We have super fast upload and download speeds.

You also have lots of storage.
You share the bathroom - ( bath/shower usage nothing else.) there are two other bathrooms in house.

You can have own bathroom £700 pcm for large en-suite - shower and bath

Kitchen - all mod cons including a Ninja, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The house has been let as a house share for many years. The vibe is really easy going and chilled. Everyone gets on well and look out for each other.

I work in the charity sector and am a therapist. Niss is journalist post grad - working in marketing (late 20s)
My kids come back from Warwick uni sometimes - (mid 20s)

We have a small house dog and cat - both low key and chilled. We can’t take other pets as the cat would refuse to come in. We have tried!
