Female flatmate wanted

I have rented this flat for round five years. It's a two bedroom two bathroom penthouse property. I'm very clean and tidy
I did rent the room out and she lived here for around 2 1/2 years we got on very well but she unfortunately has moved to London for a job offer so I'm now looking to rent the room out again
The property is very close to bus routes and a train station it's in a really lovely area. The flat is very homely and I take a lot of pride in my home. I would like someone who is respectful and clean and tidy. I would also like someone that I get on well with I'm a very sociable person but I also respect other people's space and privacy. . I like to stay in and cook and I also enjoy a wine out if you think this would be suitable for you and you would be the right person then please contact me.
