We have converted our Chalet Bungalow in Hamworthy, Poole and have 1 bright double room left available.

The room is for single occupancy only!

We are live in professional landlords with 2 adult working children. We are a friendly, tidy and respectful household. We cater for Neurodivergent tenants and can provide additional support where needed.

We have a large dog called Dude. His breed is a Leonberger and he loves people.

The room is situated on the ground floor, it is clean & bright with a built in wardrobe. It has a desk, a TV and a fridge/freezer.

The property has off-road and road parking, a secure and secluded garden with a decking area. There is a shed to store a bike if needed.

Downstairs you will have access to a shared bathroom with the other tenant, it has a WC, shower and bath.

You have a separate double cupboard space in the shared kitchen. This is adjacent to an open plan lounge/dining area. Bi-fold doors leading onto a decking area.

The house is in a great location in Poole (Rockley Park Watersports students, Sunseeker employees use us frequently) Only 7 minutes walking distance to Hamworthy train station. There is a bus stop a 3 minute walk which will take you into Poole bus station. Hamworthy Park and Beach is only a short walk from our property with The Yachtsman pub enroute.

ALL bills are included, and although we would prefer a non smoker, you can use the outside area.
