A large fully equipped communal kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, 2 ovens & 3 fridge and freezers.
2 Washing machines and 2 tumble dryers in a separate utility room AT NO EXTRA COST.
Sunny patio/barbecue area.
RENT INCLUDES - all bills and wifi, including a cleaner for the common areas (weekly). The cleaner is also available to clean tenants rooms for a small charge.
Each bedroom - is fully furnished with a bed, orthopedic mattress, wardrobe and a combination of drawers, shelves, bedside tables, depending on the room.
The property has been totally refurbished from top to bottom including central heating, kitchen, ensuites, shared bathrooms, electrics, floor coverings & furniture.
All fire alarms have been hard wired in and all council standards have been met. This house has been completed to meet all housing regulations for your safety and to a high standard. We have a full license to run a house of multiple occupants (HMO).
Holding deposit is a non refundable £100 which goes towards the main deposit and is paid back to you shortly after check out if you take the room. Full deposit is £350.00.
No special disabled access but 4 ground floor rooms. However, the kitchen is down a level accessed by stairs.
Sorry, we don't accept couples, smokers, students or pets in this house. The reason for no pets is this type of living is not suitable for them and it wouldn't be fair on the pet.
