Location on the main Ashley Road which is less than 60 seconds from Cranbrook Road bustop. Buses that go straight to Bournemouth Town Centre and beach in 20/25 minutes on the M2 and Bournemouth Hospital and University. The last person stayed for 3 years and has always said the convenience of location makes it brilliant.

Buses go to Poole Dolphin Centre on the opposite direction. Location is perfect with access to shops as well as viewpoint, there is also a new co-op being built on Seaview which is a couple of minutes walking.

Room comes furnished with a large single bed and small drawers as well as wardrobe. Furniture can be rearranged. Room is on the first floor of the house.

Access to family bathroom upstairs. House is occupied primarily by woman and a couple who live with one child, who have access to separate bathroom upstairs (and therefore will not use the upstairs family bathroom).

Quiet asian family who have daughters who sometimes come and stay and therefore will only allow a female upstairs.

Includes broadband and full access to large family kitchen with separate space in fridge and freezer.

Access to washing machine and garden to dry clothes.
