South facing, bright double bedroom for rent, very close to Poole, 5 minute walk to Poole hospital and on main bus routes to Bournemouth, in a family home.

Single occupancy only.

The double bedroom has been furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, table and 2 x tub chairs. There is shared use of the kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine , double oven etc, garden and a shower room with toilet (only shared with the other lodger).

We are environmentally aware and very committed to recycling and expect our lodgers to do the same.

Rent includes bills, access to wi-fi and a cleaner cleaning the shared areas once a week.

Easy flat 5 min walk to hospital; 10 mins into town and 2 mins from bus stops to Bournemouth etc; and 5-10 mins to bars; restaurants and cafes in Ashley cross :-)
