Large double bedded furnished studio room, with plenty of inbuilt storage, shower, sink, fridge and microwave.

Rooms are located in a quiet neighbourhood in Hamworthy 10 min walk from the beach.

Large kitchen dinner with plenty of cupboard space.
Expect the usual amenities: fridge/freeze/washing machine/dishwasher/high speed broadband.

Outside is a large south facing garden, Home gym (up to 80KG of plates) and off road or on road parking for vehicles.

Convenient access to bus routes, train station and shops.

Only SMALL pets will be considered.
