I have another lodger who lives in the second bedroom and is here monday to Friday whilst doing his apprenticeship and has been here for 3 years. I am the landlady who lives downstairs with my 2 friendly dogs.

Quite residential area in Alderney, near Parkstone and just a stones throw away from the beautiful Bourne Valley Nature Reserve, lovely for walks. Close to Tower Park,5 mins. 15 mins drive to both Poole and Bournemouth town centres, shop and post office 5 mins walk. Good access to trains stations in Poole and Bournemouth. Bus stops few mins walk and routes that go to Parkstone, Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks.

Shared use of kitchen / dining room with dishwasher, oven, air fryer. Own kitchen cupboard space, also fridge and freezer space. use of washing machine tumble when needed. 2 Modern bathrooms with spar lighting and also a separate shower room.
