Description
🛏️ Double bedroom available in a bright, modern, minimalist, open-plan bungalow located in the heart of Oakdale.
🚅 Transport links - 1.1 miles to Parkstone train station and 1.2 miles to Poole train station. A short walk from local shops and bus routes. Off-road parking is available, as well as plenty of on-road parking.
🔑 Rent includes bills (council tax, gas, water, electricity and high-speed broadband)
📺 The lounge has a large, comfy corner sofa and a 65" 4K TV.
🔪The kitchen area includes a washing machine, dishwasher and a large American fridge freezer.
🏖️Household weeknights are fairly chill, weekends are more sociable, and plan to make the most of the outdoor BBQ over the warmer months.
🧹Looking for a clean, tidy and respectful housemate. If you are interested and have any questions, please drop me a message.
Additional Notes:
The room will be available towards early from early November.
The main bathroom is shared with one other lodger, as one of the bedrooms includes an en-suite. So no long queues for showers etc.
Cheers,
Oli
