Stunning location with far-reaching 180 degree sea views across to Arne RSPB Nature Reserve, Poole Harbour and the Purbecks. This is a spacious 14ftx41ft lodge (large mobile home) in a quiet corner of Haven's Rockley Park.

Located at the end of a row of similar mobile homes next to a footpath down to the sea, and just a few minutes' walk to Rockley Beach, the Watersports Centre and Ham Common Nature Reserve.

This high quality, well-insulated lodge has a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite, a twin room with bathroom opposite, and a sofabed. Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower.

Upon leaving your bedroom, you will walk through to the kitchen-diner to be greeted with unparalleled far-reaching sea views and the spacious lounge. Gas central heating and electric fireplace keep the lodge cosy and warm.

With a Friends & Family pass (£200), you can access the holiday park's FREE swimming, activities and entertainment. You can also use the exclusive Owners' Clubhouse facilities including FREE sauna, hot tub, pool table, unlimited free tea/coffee and Wifi. There is also a public restaurant, bar, shop and takeaways on site. You can also purchase your own Play Pass directly from Haven to use the holidaymakers' facilities (including indoor pool).

The rental is available until 2nd January 2027. The park is closed throughout January and February, and reopens 2nd March.

The rental is for the entire lodge rather than just a room.

The price includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, tax) for the first person. Thereafter, there will be an additional charge of £5 per week per person to cover the additional utility usage.

Bear in mind: as this is a holiday park, you cannot get post delivered here. There is Wifi at the main activity centre and at the Owners' Clubhouse, but it doesn't reach the lodge. You can get WiFi from a dongle or mobile router.
