Lovely Double Room Available

I currently rent this lovely 2-bed house in Poole with my very friendly labradoodle, Willow. My current housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for the right person to share the home with me.

The house has a spacious shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and a garden/patio area. The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside table and two wardrobes, and there’s plenty of parking available directly outside.

It’s in a really quiet area with lovely neighbours, but still close to everything. Upton Country Park is just a 3-minute drive away, with plenty of other walking and cycling routes right on the doorstep. Broadstone is around 4 minutes away, with lots of lovely little cafés and shops, while Poole town centre, the train station and Poole Hospital are all around 10 minutes away.

I’m ideally looking for a working professional who is clean, considerate and happy living with a dog. Willow has a very sweet nature and will probably bring you one of her toys in the hope that you’ll play with her, but otherwise, she’s quite happy to leave you to yourself.
